The National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) links data among the National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NAMCS) Health Center (HC) Component data and—

The NAMCS HC Component collects electronic health record information for all patient visits occurring in participating federally qualified health centers (FQHCs). These data are used to describe patterns of healthcare delivery and use in FQHCs.
